Barbara Mori

Barbara Mori Ochoa, a Maxican and Uruguayan model and actress. She started her career as a model and later became a popular TV actor. She was born in Montevideo, Uruguay on the 2nd of February, 1978. Her family is of mixed family, which includes both Japanese as well as Uruguayan heritage. She has two siblings, one sister and one brother. Yuyi Mori & Rosario Ochoa are her parents. The couple divorced when Barbara was only 3 years old. Barbara lived the majority of her youth in Mexico. Her modeling career began very surprising and in a way. Barbara was working as waitress at just 14 years old. Marcos Toledo noticed her and provided her with a position as a professional model. Sergio Mayer, whom she first met at the age of nineteen and is now her husband. The couple never married, however they do have a son. Barbara learnt acting in El Centro De Estudios De Formasion Actoral. She made her acting debut through a television show Al Norte Del Corazon. Tric Tac is her first appearance. Mirada De Me also appeared in her. Barbara appeared in the films including Viento en Contra Spanish Beauty Robots Pretendiendo and Inspiracion among others. Rakesh Rosshan is an Indian filmmaker, cast Barbara in Kites along with Hrithik. The film was shot between New Mexico and Los Angeles. Kites' 2010 release did not perform well in the box office.
