Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd's fight sport experience started at the age of 14. Aspen Ladd had training in kickboxing, BJJ and boxing, and wrestling prior to her professional debut at WCFC at the age of 18. Ladd went on to improve upon her victory on the night of Ultimate Reno Combat, where she won 3 consecutive bouts. She dominated all her opponents within the first round. Ladd returned to WCFC where she defeated Leslie Rodriguez via unanimous decision. Aspen took on Silvia Babaeghian, Maddy Simmons and Cynthia Calvillo prior to facing Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 Cynthia defeated Aspen and defeated her by the unanimous decision, which put an end to Ladd's amateur record. Ladd recovered from the defeat and beat Roma Pawelek at Tuff-N-Uff to improve her record to 8-1. Aspen turned professional in 2015 and signed with Invicta FC to make her professional debut. Invicta 11, she dominated Ana Carolina Vidal to score an KO early in the round. Invicta 16 saw her rise to the weight class of Bantamweight following her fight with Amanda Cooper by armbar in the second round. Aspen took on McGill in her wrestling, and ended her fight in the third round via TKO. Aspen later faced Jessica Hoy, at Invicta FC 18. She took on Hoy using an opponent with a catchweight (138.1lb) as Ladd had not made Weight. Aspen still dominated Hoy until she ended her fight with a TKO. Invicta FC 21, she won her final fight with the promotion by unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 118 with Lina Lansberg. She beat Lina with a ground and pound victory in her second fight. She continued to dominate and was able to win a thrilling fight when she fought Tonya Evinger. UFC 229 Ladd beat Evinger to the punch in the initial round, and got a Performance of The Night prize. Ladd fought in her debut big fight at The UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. Ladd's victory was a unanimous decision, and it was the Fight of the Night award came to the two fighters. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie defeated Ladd in less than 16 seconds to end her win streak. She bounced back, and defeated Yana Kunitskaya after the third round of UFC at ESPN 7. As a replacement, she was able to take on Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. She was defeated by a unanimous decision.
