Jana Kramer bio

Jana Kramer gained fame as a performer, actress, and songwriter after she appeared in the TV show One Tree Hill. She was Alex for the duration of three of the last four seasons. The first two albums she made as a country singer appeared on the episodes of the series helping her debut album, titled "Eponymous," to make it into the Top 20 in the Billboard 200. Thirty One (2015), the album that followed it in 2015, also reached the Top Ten. The decade came to an end with appearances on Dancing with the Stars, TV films and non-album singles. Released in 2021 was The self-doubting Voices. Jana Rae Kramer began acting in 2002 when she was a young teens. Born in Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer has a background in the country genre. Her appearances were in guest spots on All My Children, CSI: NY and Friday Night Lights for the 2nd season of the show 2007-2008. Kramer went on to portray Portia Ranson on 90210 (2008-2009) and Brooke Manning, in Entourage (2009) prior to when she was cast in One Tree Hill by the CW as Alex Dupre. Kramer remained with the One Tree Hill team until about half-way through the last season (2012). Jana Kramer Kramer, during her tenure as Alex Dupre, on One Tree Hill signed with Elektra Records. She debuted modern country track I Won't Give Up in a 2011. One Tree Hill episode. In 2012, the song was released as a single on Jana Kramer - her first album. Billboard Top Country Albums ranked the track in the Top Five. Kramer continued to appear in films such as Heart of the Country 2013 or Country Crush 2016 which would attract her followers. Kramer's second album Thirty One came out through Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in October of 2015. With help from the Top Five country hit I Got the Boy as well as an duet with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith it fared even better reaching number three on country's album chart and number ten in the Billboard 200. The album was released after a period of two months on the 22nd Dancing with the Stars season, she finished 4th. The same year, Feels Like Christmas with Straight No Chaser, was hugely popular among adults.
