Machine Gun Kelly

MachineColson Baker, born April 22nd 1990 is an American musician, rapper actor, songwriter, and actor. His unique mix of genres in hip-hop and alternative rock is what made him famous. The mixtapes he released were four from 2007 until 2010 before signing to Bad Boy Records. The album he released first Lace Up (2012 and peaking at 4th place on the US Billboard 200), featured his hit single "Wild Boy" featuring Waka Flocka Flam. His third and second albums, General Admission (2015) and Bloom (2017) were able to achieve similar commercial success; the second album featured the single "Bad Things" (with Camila Cabello), which peaked at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100. The fourth album, Hotel Diablo (2019) included the rap aspect of rock.Machine Gun Kelly released his fifth album Tickets to My Downfall, in 2020. It was an abrupt departure from hip hop and an entry into the world of pop punk. It debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200, the only rock album to do so during the same year. It also featured the hit single "My Ex's Best Friend" which climbed to the 20th spot on the Hot 100. The album was followed by the Mainstream Sellout (2022) which was a the same commercial success. He has since appeared in the thriller Nerve (2016) and the horror Bird Box (2018) and the comedy Big Time Adolescence in addition to the biopic The Dirt (both 2019).
